Installation and debugging of peanut sheller

Peanut sheller is a special mechanical equipment for peanut shelling. It needs to be installed and debugged correctly before use. The specific methods are as follows:

1. Installation. The supporting power is small four-wheel tractor or motor. When connecting with the tractor, align the head of the tractor with the peanut sheller, remove a tractor V-belt, connect the V-belt with the sheller, and fix the tractor.

2. Roller clearance adjustment: large clearance is required for wet peanuts (vines) and small clearance is required for dry peanuts. The specific adjustment clearance of peanut sheller can be adjusted according to the instructions.

3. Adjustment of the fruit sliding board and the fruit blocking board: change the upper and lower positions of the fruit sliding board, adjust the position of the fruit blocking board, and reduce the jumping out of the peanut.

4. Precautions: the trash outlet shall follow the wind direction. It is forbidden to extend your hand to the feeding inlet. When feeding peanuts, it shall be uniform. It is forbidden to feed rocks, iron wires, rope heads, etc. into the peanut sheller.
