500KGS Multifunctional Roaster

The multifunctional roaster consists of five parts: feeding zone, roasting zone, cooling zone, material discharging device and material discharging conveying belt.

The feeding zone consists of hopper and its adjustment parts. The hopper is made of stainless steel. Adjusting the adjustment parts of the hopper can guarantee the evenness of the material on the conveying net, and also can change the thickness of incoming materials so as to change the output of the oven.

The roasting zone is divided into two parts: high temperature roasting zone and low temperature roasting zone, and one relational expression burner is installed on the top of each roasting zones. Adjusting the parameters of the burner can change the basic temperature of the high and low temperature roasting zones. Generally speaking, the temperature in high temperature roasting zone is 10 degrees higher than that in the low temperature roasting zone.

A centrifugal and high pressure cooling fan is installed in the cooling zone. The cooling fan can bring indoor normal temperature air into cooling zone to exchanged air with peanut in the roasting zone, and bring the hot air away to cool the peanuts.

The peanuts being cooled will be delivered to next procedure.
