2、 In the stable period, we should pay attention to the inspection of the starting lubrication, cooling and braking system of the dryer, and also check whether the airtightness of each component of the dryer that needs to be sealed is intact; The operator's mastery of the dryer will also affect the dryer when using the dryer. After receiving the learning and training, the operator shall carry out reasonable use and maintenance according to the instructions; ensure that the working load of the dryer does not exceed 90% of the rated value; in addition, the task amount shall be suitable to prevent the dryer from working for too long to cause over temperature.

After the completion of the adaptation period, the dryer equipment shall be maintained, inspected and replaced; the dryer equipment shall be kept clean, and each component shall be free from looseness to reduce the damage caused by looseness.
