Peanut machinery is the use of machinery to complete the peanut production and agricultural process, including mechanized farming, mechanical sowing, mechanical harvesting and other farm operations mechanization technology, mechanical shelling, mechanical oil processing technology. What are the key points we need to pay attention to when we use these machines for peanut processing in order to give full play to the performance of various machines?

① Mechanical mulching: for the selection of plot, the soil with thick and medium fertility should be selected for mulching peanut. At the same time, the requirements of peanut mulching with plastic film are higher than that of open-air cultivation in terms of land preparation. Deep ploughing shall be carried out before winter, raking shall be carried out in early spring, and ridging shall be carried out before the clear day; sufficient base fertilizer shall be applied before sowing; if the moisture content is insufficient, ditches shall be opened and watering shall be carried out, and the soil shall be covered and leveled after water infiltration, and the film shall be laid after spraying herbicide.

② Mechanical harvest: the harvest period of peanut should be determined according to the growth and climate conditions of peanut. When the plant is old, the production stops at the top, the upper leaves turn yellow, the base and middle leaves fall off, and most of the fruits are ripe, which indicates that the peanut has reached the harvest period. From the temperature point of view, when the temperature is below 12 ℃, the fruit will stop growing and should be harvested in time.

③ Mechanical fruit picking: because the peanut fruit picker can pick wet or dry fruit, but picking wet fruit is easy to cause the crushing of fresh and tender pods. If circumstances permit, it should be cool and sun dried, but not too dry, so as to prevent the pods from crushing.
