What should be paid attention to in the use of peanut machinery?

Peanut machinery is very common in daily production and processing. What details should we pay attention to in the use process?

1. Check the oil level indicator tube on the expansion tank before starting the fire, and ensure that the oil level is about 20 mm higher than the bottom of the glass tube. If the oil level cannot reach the level, 330 × 10 heat transfer oil shall be added in time.

2. Turn on the high-temperature pump immediately after the fire starts to accelerate the heat-transfer oil circulation. When the oven temperature reaches 80 ℃, start the positive rotation button of the rotating cage to make the rotating cage enter the working state to prevent deformation due to high temperature.

3. The oil temperature of the oven should be controlled at 290 ℃ - 300 ℃. The temperature is controlled by opening and closing the fuel gate. When the oil temperature is higher than 300 ℃, open the fuel door to cool down. When the oil temperature is lower than 290 ℃, turn off the fuel door to raise temperature. The oil temperature should not exceed 300 ℃ to prevent the heat transfer oil from reaching the boiling point.

4. The sealing ring of the whole forming silicone rubber door can ensure the high vacuum degree in the oven. The oven should burn high-quality coal. In the process of burning, the furnace bars should be cleaned in time to prevent coal coking and poor ventilation.

5. In the working process, when operating the forward and reverse button, the rotating cage should be stopped first and then the reverse button should be started to prevent the motor and other components from being damaged by inertia.

Attention to these six small details, not only can prolong the service life of peanut machinery, but also can improve our work efficiency, so this can not be ignored
