Safety operation rules for peanut roasting equipment

Before using peanut baking equipment, check whether the fasteners are tightened, whether the rotating part is flexible and whether there is lubricating oil in the bearings. The sheller shall be placed on a stable ground.


Peanuts should be fed evenly and properly without iron chips, stones and other sundries, so as to avoid breaking peanuts and causing mechanical failure. When the peanuts cover the sieve surface, the rice outlet switch can be turned on.


After a period of use, when preparing to store the peanut oven, the dust, dirt on the outside and the remaining seeds inside shall be cleaned, and the belt shall be removed and kept separately. Clean the bearings with diesel oil, dry them and apply grease.


Peanut baking equipment shall be covered and placed in the dry warehouse to avoid the sun and rain, thus affecting the normal use of peanut baking equipment.
